We provide our customers with a wide selection of filtration equipment and related products. We offer rotary disc filter center shafts, filter cloth, cake discharge systems, cleaning systems and much more. Our products are designed for disc filter equipment used in pulp dewatering and whitewater recover in paper mills.

Hengtai Filtering has its own independent technology research and development center, which is responsible for researching and developing different kinds of disc filters according to customer demand, application process, and structural features of disc filter.

Our company has a CNC cutting center, automatic welding workshop, CNC machining workshop, assembling workshop and so on. To ensure the cutting accuracy of machine parts surface, the CNC cutting center comes equipped with a laser cutting machine which used for the precise cutting of disc filter parts.

Quality inspection starts when the raw materials are delivered to our factory, and all of the finished products will be tested according to the technical requirement of production drawings and national standards. for the key parts of process, more rigorous and comprehensive testing will be performed.
