Pre-sales services
Our company will help customers determine the right filter equipment specifications and models according to their actual needs, and will customize said equipment according to customer requirements. We also offer production line design processes and technical training for customers to master the correct usage and maintenance methods for filter equipment.

Sales services
Our company will track the production process to ensure the filter equipment quality, control the production cycle, and place significant emphasis on the final customer acceptance. We will also send technical staff to the customer’s location to help design and develop construction plans to be as well suited to individual equipment needs as possible, as well as lower construction costs.

Post-sales services
Our company has a post-sales services center, which is responsible for the product installation guidance services, equipment commissioning services, and maintenance services during the use of filtration equipment.

• In order to facilitate work scheduling and information transfer, the customer service supervisor and engineers can be contacted 24 hours a day.
• Check and maintenance
  Our company provides customers with testing services, and helps each customer establish a customer technical service file and regular visits. We will also conduct a detailed inspection of your filter equipment and provide written reports.
• Hengtai will dispatch the technicians to the customer's site to provide entire process services, including filter installation, commissioning, and trial operation until the technical requirements are met.

• The filter equipment warranty period is 12 months from the date of passing the acceptance inspection, or 18 months after the filter equipment’s arrival. Please refer to the specific contract for the specific warranty time.
• During the warranty period, if the filter equipment encounters various faults caused by defects in the equipment itself, the supplier will be responsible for technical service, maintenance and replacement costs.
• Hengtai guarantees that all equipment performance parameters meet the requirements of the technical text.
