Our company has a CNC cutting center, automatic welding workshop, CNC machining workshop, assembling workshop and so on.

To ensure the cutting accuracy of machine parts surface, the CNC cutting center comes equipped with a laser cutting machine which used for the precise cutting of disc filter parts.

Our company has several advanced welding equipment, such as photoelectric-tracking automatic submerged arc welding (SAW) machine, photoelectric-tracking plasma cutting machine, auto stainless steel submerged arc welding (SAW) machine, automatic robotic welder, which can improve production efficiency and ensure weld quality.

To improve product quality and production efficiency, the CNC machining workshop is also equipped with a CNC vertical lathe, CNC horizontal lathe, CNC milling machine, CNC shearing machine, horizontal boring machine (Ф125), gantry milling machine (1600×3000 mm), jig boring machine, and German CNC machining center etc.

The largest 5.7 m diameter disc filter machine manufactured by our company is assembled in the assembling workshop.
